1. Purpose of the service

WELLY provides informational statistics and general recommendations on activity, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment, and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

2. Emergencies

Do not use WELLY for emergency assistance. For severe pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or other dangerous symptoms, contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Data accuracy

Measurements come from Apple Health and connected devices. Their completeness and accuracy depend on the device, settings, measurement quality, and third-party software. Food estimates and AI recommendations are approximate and should be checked by the user.

4. Your responsibilities

Use your own token, do not share it with others, provide truthful information, and do not use the service unlawfully. You choose which Apple Health categories WELLY can access.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation without technical downtime. Features may change to improve security, meet platform requirements, and improve product quality.

6. Privacy and deletion

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete synchronized data or your account directly in app settings.

7. Intellectual property

The WELLY name, interface, text, and software are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer rights to the brand or source code to the user.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WELLY is not responsible for decisions based solely on automated recommendations, inaccurate wearable data, or interruptions to third-party services.

9. Changes

The current terms are published on this page. The app will notify you of material changes.
